Position Summary: Take responsibility for the Oracle system and support programs manager as needed. Position Responsibilities: Receive new PO’s, JIT or Hub orders from OEM PM team, check for accuracy and enter into Oracle to drive factory demand. Confirm that orders have been accurately entered by using Oracle and Oracle reports. Receive timely "ship date" information from the DGE factory and ensure that all sales orders reflect accurate ship date information in Oracle. Update orders in the Oracle system as needed to maintain the accuracy of OEM’s Oracle reports. Run reports in Oracle and distribute to the OEM team as needed. Maintain OEM part data in Oracle as requested by OEM PM team (pricing, cost, etc) Work with Ergotron finance dept and customer to ensure on time payments to Ergotron for products shipped. Daily hub pulling report to Finance and create Oracle sales order for billing Daily ODM sales highlight to ODM management team Provide back-up support for Program Management as needed during travel and leave. Other duties as assigned by OEM PM. Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience): Detailed and accurate manner are a must. Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must. Prior knowledge of Oracle is desired. Must work well in a team environment – this position will rely heavily on this person’s ability to work well and gain support from the DGE factory team. Must work well under pressure. Prior experience with customer program management is desired. A general understanding of China customs laws is desired. Previous experience working directly with customers is desired.
