1.Responsible for new mold qualification.
2.define a fitting injection moulding machine for previous mold projects
3.create an injection moulding process according the technical standards
4.build up an DoE process according the Gerresheimer standards
5.balance the DoE settings and the process settings with the experts of other TCC plants
6.finish sampling according the timeline
7.coordinate sampling schedules and trial runs with related departments
8.documentation of processes, DoE, OQ-runs etc.
Job requirement:
1.Can read drawings;
2.Knowledge of plastics/resin as well handling of injection machines;
3.Need to know the basic job of a mold setting technician;
4.Need to know procedures of documentation
5.Basic knowledge of measurement methods and instruments required
6.Able to define and specify new IMM for further projects
7.5 years experience on injection molding, as well scientific molding
