工作职责：

1.     跟进由公司提供的客户名单，开发客户培训需求；

2.     通过客户信息搜索、陌生电话沟通等形式，进行客户的自主开发，挖掘需求；

3.     通过Research了解客户公司的背景，了解行业信息，并通过邮件介绍我们并推荐产品；

4.     辅助培训顾问的日常工作。

岗位待遇：

150元/天（后续表现优异者，实习薪资会有提升，分别是200元/天、250元/天）

发展前景：

1.     实习期内表现优异者，拿到毕业证书后，无需再经历试用期，直接转正；

2.     表现优异者可升任培训顾问岗位。

1.     本及学历，专业不限，接受2020届在校实习生及2019届应届毕业生；

2.     实习生需每周确保出勤至少3天以上；

3.     沟通能力强，细致耐心，有良好的条理性，逻辑思维能力强；

4.     主动思考善于分析，积极学习，热爱培训及咨询行业；

5.     能听说和读写一般英语，和熟练掌握电脑操作技能（Word, Excel, PPT 等）；
