Shanghai Shangfang Property Management Co., Ltd. started in 1987, when it delivered property management services to government offices, hotels and residential properties. In 1990, SFPM was involved in the property management of the first residential of foreign-sales in Shanghai. We began to build relationships of joint venture or cooperation like with Taiwan YI-Sheng Building Property Management Company, Johnson Controls of USA and CPG EMS in 1992, by which we gradually set up an international standardization system and a wealth of operational experiences of localization.
