岗位职责：

1、客户信息搜集、分析，制定方案；

2、客户开发跟进等；

3、与客户洽谈、沟通与合作；

4、协助顾问开展各项寻猎工作；

5、岗位分析、候选简历筛选、人才寻访及推荐；

6、协助上级完成公司下达的目标任务，及上级交办的其他工作。

岗位待遇：

1.薪资待遇

全职5000 元/月，实习生 120元/天。

2.福利待遇

1 五险一金在试用期阶段正常缴纳；

2 可签署三方协议（四联单）。

3 不定期的集体外出旅游，奖品发放等

工作时间：

上午：8:45-11:45

下午：13:00-18:00

周末双休

任职要求：

1、大专及以上优秀应届毕业生，优秀实习生；

2、良好的沟通、应变能力，善于倾听；

3、有意愿从事销售、招聘或猎头工作经验者优先。

4、性格开朗，热爱与人打交道，善于结交人脉；

5、做事有条理，耐心细致，逻辑思维能力强；

6、善于学习，有强烈的自我提升、发展意愿；

7、英语具备一定听说读写能力，熟练运用Office软件（会PS, DW,AI软件优先）
